01 · What this is

Tap a chip, log the moment

Across the festival, key spots at every venue have a small sticker chip. When you do a key task — gate opened, set changed, bar restocked, site cleared — you tap it with your phone and answer one quick thing. Across the nights it adds up to one clean record of how the whole festival ran, venue by venue.

No app. No login. Five seconds. The phone in your pocket is all you need.

02 · How to tap

Three steps

1
Hold your phone to the chip
Top-back of the phone, on the sticker. A page opens by itself.
2
Answer the one question
It already knows your venue and spot. Tap your answer.
3
Add a note if needed
Only if something's off. Otherwise close it and carry on.

It logs the venue, the spot, the time, and your answer — never who you are. We log the event, not the crew.

06 · Why we do it

The morning-after report

Every tap feeds one report the organisers read each morning — across every venue and every night:

🗺️
Every venue, one view
What ran clean and what struggled, site by site.
👥
People flow
When each gate opened, peaked, cleared.
🎤
Stage timing
Set changes and run-time against schedule, per stage.
🍺
Bar & supplies
Restocks and run-outs, so the next order is right.
📈
Night over night
Each night sharper than the last across the run.

What we're testing tonight

Night 1 — keep it lean
  • First night: just the chips above, nothing more.
  • Goal is one clean cross-venue report by morning, not perfect coverage.
  • Tell us what felt clumsy — Night 2 fixes it.

This panel updates every night — by the final night it shows what each venue taught us.

A word on privacy

The chips log events, never people. No login, no name, no tracking of who tapped what — and no tracking of visitors. Crowd flow is counted as anonymous totals by zone, never as individuals. The record is about how the festival ran. By design, and it can't be changed.
